Forms and libraries

The forms (also known as Templates) within SmartMLS Sign are grouped together into libraries that are accessible based on your affiliations. 

  • All users have access to the Smart library. 
  • If you are a CTR member, you also have access to their forms library.
  • If you are a member of a Board of Realtors that has their own forms library, you can access those forms as well.
