Download blank forms

If you would like to download a blank copy of any forms from the SmartMLS Sign platform, click the Templates (Forms) tab in the top center of the dashboard, then click Manage Templates:

All the forms you are able to access will appear in alphabetical order. Please remember, the forms you have access to are based on your affiliations. As a SmartMLS subscriber, you automatically have access to all SmartMLS forms. If you are a member of CTR, you will have access to their forms. Additionally, if you are a member of a Board of Realtors that has their own forms, you will also have access to their forms.

Locate the desired form and click the Download PDF button :

The form will be saved to your computer's Downloads folder.

Note: forms downloaded from the SmartMLS Sign platform are not fillable forms. You are simply downloading a blank copy of the form that must be filled out manually.

There is another way to download a blank copy of a form.

Go to the Templates (Forms) tab and click Manage Templates (as outlined in the first part of this article).

Locate the desired form and click the View Details icon :

That will load the following screen:

This screen is handy because it gives you an overview of the signing process on the left side, including information about the creation of the signing (in the Created By section at the top) and an outline of the stages and roles in the bottom section. 

The right side of the screen shows a preview of the blank form. If there are multiple pages in the form, you can scroll through all of them to make sure you have chosen the correct form.

To download a blank copy of the form, just go up to the top right and click :

Although doing it this way technically includes an extra step (compared to the process outlined in the beginning of this article), this extra step provides additional insight into the signing process with the added bonus of allowing you to preview the actual form to make sure it is the correct one.

As is the case with the steps at the top of this article, this process also downloads a non-fillable copy of the form. You can print out the blank form(s) and fill them out by hand.
