How to fill in fields when creating a signing

During the process of creating a signing, there will most likely be at least a couple of fields that you (the signing initiator) will have to fill out yourself. 

To add such a field, go to the top left and use the Participants drop-down menu to select the role you are playing (Listing Agent, Listing Broker, etc.) in the signing:

That ensures that any fields you add to the signing correspond to your role, as opposed to one of the other participants (such as the seller).

Use the Common Fields drop-down menu to select Text Box:

That generates a pink rectangle that you can then drag & drop onto the desired field (Address, for instance):

Once the text box is in its proper place, put your mouse cursor over it and double click within it. That will place a cursor inside the field and allow you to enter text within it. The field turns from pink to white, indicating that you can enter text within it. Once you're finished, hit the Tab key on your keyboard or click anywhere else on the screen to leave the field (it will once again turn pink).

Note: clicking just once within the field will not allow you to type within it. You must double-click to be able to enter text in it.
