Fill out printable PDF without going through signing process

If you need to fill out a form within SmartMLS Sign and be able to save and print it out as a PDF without going through the signing process:

Go to Templates (Forms)> Manage Templates:

Note: all forms you are authorized to access through your SmartMLS membership and affilaition with CTR/a local Board of Realtors (if applicable) are located within the Templates (Forms) tab.

Locate the desired template and click Duplicate  icon:

Give your new copy a name, then click the Duplicate button:

Complete fields as needed, then click Save.

Go back to the Templates (Forms) tab and click Manage Templates. 

Your new form should be near the top of the list (that is where your personal directory forms are located):

Click the Download PDF icon. 

The form downloads to your browser's Downloads folder as a PDF and includes the text you entered.
