Please follow these instructions if you are on the connectMLS home page and the Signings widget (for the SmartMLS Sign platform) just says Loading, please wait...
This issue arises when your web browser is blocking 3rd party cookies. Some of the features within connectMLS, including home page widgets, rely on cookies to function properly. If those cookies are being blocked, it can lead to undesirable or broken functionality.
Google Chrome
When this occurs, you will likely also see a icon at the right side of the address bar:
Click the snowman menu (three dots) in the upper right corner of Chrome and then click Settings:
Click Privacy and security in the menu on the left, then click Third-party cookies:
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Add button (to the right of Allowed to use third-party cookies):
Type smartmls.connectmls.com in the field and click Add:
The address will now appear at the bottom of the screen:
While you are in here, it is a good idea to add smartmls.com as well.
Close the Settings tab and refresh the Connect home page- the Signings widget should now appear normally:
Microsoft Edge
As with Chrome, you will see the icon on the right side of the address bar:
Click the three horizontal dots in the upper right and click Settings:
Click Cookies and site permissions on the left side, then click Manage and delete cookies and site data:
Scroll down to the Allow section and click the Add button on the right:
Enter smartmls.connectmls.com in the field, put a check in the Include third-party cookies on this site check box and click Add:
While you are in here, it is a good idea to add smartmls.com as well.
Close the Settings tab, refresh the Connect home page and the Signings widget should be working normally once again:
