Sign into SmartMLS Sign

Our brand new online signature platform, SmartMLS Sign, is tightly integrated with the connectMLS system, providing a more seamless way to create digital signings directly from the MLS system. You no longer need to go back to the SmartMLS Member Dashboard and open a different program in order to start, access or modify a signing. 

As a byproduct of this tight integration, the most efficient way to access SmartMLS Sign is from within the connectMLS system. 

There is a separate Signings widget that will get you right into SmartMLS Sign:

In addition to providing an instant access point to the signing platform, the widget also displays some helpful information, such as a summary of your currently active signings, recently completed signings and those that have expired. You can even see how far along your current signing have progressed and the last time they were updated.

Clicking the blue Open Dashboard button at the top center brings you directly to the SmartMLS Sign dashboard, giving you an overview of your current signings, drafts, contacts, etc.

If you would like to jump right in and start a new signing, click the green Create Signing button in the top right corner of the widget.

You can also use the Forms option in the main menu bar to access SmartMLS Sign:

Additionally, there is a link in the Tools, Resources & Links widget on the Connect home page that brings you into SmartMLS Sign:

We want to make it as easy as possible to access the signing platform, so there are also integrations for SmartMLS Sign from within the Matrix system.

The Signing widget initially appears within the Additional widget:

For quicker access, use drag & drop to move it from the Additonal widget and place it wherever you'd like on the home page:

There are also two tiles on the SmartMLS Member Dashboard that provide instant access to the SmartMLS Sign platform:

1. The SmartMLS Sign tile in the top right brings you directly to the platform's dashboard.
    
2. The Forms tile at the bottom of the screen (in the Smart Agent Options section) brings you to the Templates (Forms) section of the signing platform. From here, you can easily download blank copies of any forms to which you have access [SmartMLS, CTR (if applicable), your local Board (if applicable), etc.).
